Searched for chicken gizzard dishes and found a link with:
8 oz chicken gizzards and hearts (you may use the giblets of other poultry as well); … Parmigiano-Reggiano, for serving … I eat this my warming, slow-cooked chicken, and I can hope that it won’t be… on the link to this website… but for the life of me I can’t find the receipt.
